This policy explains how TerraBloom Wellness & Spa LLC (“TerraBloom”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit terrabloomspa.com, book an appointment, call us or message us by WhatsApp or text.

Who we are.

What we collect.

• Booking details: your name, phone, email, the service you choose, appointment date and time, and any notes you share about your comfort or skin.
• Payments: deposits and payments are processed by Square. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Messages and calls: your phone number, the content of WhatsApp messages, texts and calls with us, and, if you reach us from an ad, which ad or promotion you came from.
• Website: standard technical data that our hosting providers log, such as IP address, browser and pages visited. Our online booking widget (Square) and web fonts (Google Fonts) are loaded from those providers, who may receive the same technical data and set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it.

To book, confirm, remind you of and manage your appointments; to answer your questions; to send the offers or information you ask for; to process payments; to keep records required by law; and to improve our service. Some messages and calls may be answered first by an automated assistant on our behalf, and a member of our team can always take over.

Who we share it with.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that help us run the spa, and only for that purpose: Square (bookings and payments), Twilio and Meta/WhatsApp (calls, texts and WhatsApp messages), our website and software hosting providers, and service providers that build and operate our booking and messaging tools under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Messages and your choices.

We only message you about appointments, your questions or offers you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop WhatsApp messages by replying “stop” or writing to us. Opting out of marketing does not cancel appointment messages you need for a booking.

How long we keep it.

We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for your appointments and for our legal and tax obligations, and conversation records for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to info@terrabloomspa.com or calling (786) 630-9986. We protect your information with reasonable safeguards and access limited to the people who need it.

Children.

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
